Grown almost exclusively in Austria, Grüner Veltliner is a dry white renowned for its high acidity. Marlborough is New Zealand’s Grüner Veltliner epicentre with Nelson following in second place. For Savignon Blanc lovers wanting to mix it up, Grüner Veltliner is the perfect taste excursion, delivering a superb flavour range featuring lime, lemon, grapefruit and green pepper and stylistically either light and zesty or rich and nutty. An acidity hit accompanies every sip, almost masking its sweetness. Food pair with rich, spicy asian dishes as the perfect crisp cleanser.

Excellent wine store! Probably the best in town. You can find wall kinds of wine and from around the world. I even found a wine from my hometown Uruguay which is not easy to find at all on this side of the globe.
