La Ferme de Sato ("Sato Farm") are the range of wines from Yoshiaki and Kyoko Sato's very own vineyard. Here these vines have been tended to all year by Yoshiaki and Kyoko and made on-site too in their winery which is located at the top of their hillside vineyard.
Soaked and pressed overnight with basket press. Natural yeast fermentation in old oak barrels. No additives except for 20 mg/L sulphites before bottling. 14 months in old French oak barrels. 29 July 2022 without fining or filtration. 2029 bottles produced.
We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.
Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process based off your address post code. Please ensure you choose the correct post code. We will advise you if you have chosen the incorrect post code.
You may also choose to 'pick up' your order from our wine shop at 188 Durham Street South, Christchurch.
