"Deep garnet in hue this wine delivers aromatics of violets, red fruits and oak spice. Aged in a mix of 1/3 new and seasoned French oak barriques you will find layers of red fruits, cherries on the palate and fine well-structured tannins with a silky oak finish. Food match: Merino Lamb. Cellar 7-10 years.

Single-vineyard sourced from Bendigo, Central Otago. Both in the vineyard and the winery the site and wine is managed and tended to in a custodial manner. Continually ensuring the wine is guided to a true expression of the terroir and framed in an honest reflection of the land from whence it came."

"The classy, very ageworthy 2020 vintage, grown at Bendigo, is a single-vineyard red (Soli Vero means 'Soil Truth'), matured in French oak barriques (33 per cent new). Deep ruby, it is highly fragrant, mouthfilling and sweet-fruited, with rich, vibrant cherry, plum and spice flavours, complex and savoury, and ripe, supple tannins. Still youthful, it's well worth cellaring to 2025+."

"Pure, ripe, varietal, floral and enticing complex bouquet. Flavours of fresh cherry and sweetness of barrel, mineral, floral and complex. "Deep, even, ruby-red with purple hues. This has an elegant, full bouquet, penetrating black cherries, black raspberries entwined with dark herbs, earthy minerals and black pepper dusting. Medium-full bodied, aromas of black cherries and black raspberries underlined alcohol power, showing black pepper and cloves, thyme and earth. The mouthfeel is smooth with velvety tannins and a fine grip, and lacy acidity balances the alcohol power and spice, carrying to a long, poised finish. This is an elegant, bold, black-fruited Pinot Noir with earth, herb details and underlined power and spice. Match with roasted lamb and venison backstrap over the next 8+ years. Fruit sourced from Bendigo sub-region, fermented to 14.5% alc, aged in French oak barriques, one-third new oak."
