"Fantastic bouquet, pure, ripe and fresh with aromas of limeflower and mandarin, fresh green apple and white flowers. Mineral qualities come through on the palate with a fine wet stone and white clay quality, fresh and bright with fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet, fresh white flowers and all synergised with a back bone of acidity. A lovely example with length and purity and best drinking from 2023 through 2033+."

"Wild fermented and sent to older barrels, not fined or filtered too. While it says dry, it definitely has a lick of sweeter fruit character, but geez the acidity is to task. Lemon-lime, green apple, pink grapefruit to sniff on. Zesty! It’s perky and crunchy in the palate, clatters long with briny acidity and green apple, a sense of talc and crushed rocks with that saline character finishing the wine nicely. So vivacious and bright. Frisky."
