"With its straw yellow colour and elegant aromas of fruit and almonds, citrus and tropical notes, Masso Antico Fiano represents another pearl from Apulia. In the mouth it is fresh and harmonic, with a long and pleasant finish.
The grapes are picked up manually and placed in small cases. Once in the cellar, part of the grapes undergoes a drying process at controlled temperature to enhance the flavours and increase the natural sugar level.
The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks. A part of the wine undergoes an aging process of 3 months in oak barrels and then blended with the remaining part, giving complexity and structure to the final product."

Note, for orders of 1 - 2 bottles we charge an additional $5 for packaging. To ensure the safety of the bottles we use specially designed posting boxes.
