Don’t let the discombobulating name worry you because as soon as you sip this wonderful Italian white, all will be right with the world. Crafted from 100% Turbiana (a rare, indigenous white grape also known as verdicchio) grown around the Lake Garda area of Veneto, this is stunningly aromatic, all apricot stone, nectarine and quince, followed by ultra-zesty acidity, a beautifully balanced, succulent mouthfeel and a long, peachy finish.

"Consumed young it is fresh and straightforward, refined and elegant with delicate notes of white flowers and aromatic herbs with a hint of apricot and almond. It evolves through time firmly expressing mineral notes. The wine acquires complexity with a touch of iodine, spices and candle fruit. On the palate it is concentrated, with a lively fresh finish."
