Winery notes (2014 Vintage)
"The nose has impressive purity of fruit showing lush scents of summer pudding with lifted red fruits, berries and a hit of cinnamon. Black cherries, Damson plums, mulberries and milk chocolate undertones. The palate is generous and mouth filling with sweet blackberry, raspberry and plums cover the palate with lashings of sweet spice."
91/100 Josh Raynolds, Vinous, March 2016 (2014 Vintage)
"Opaque purple. An intensely perfumed, complex bouquet evokes ripe black and blue fruits, mocha and spicecake. Concentrated blueberry and floral pastille flavors show excellent clarity and vibrancy, with a spine of juicy acidity lending structure. Melds richness and energy effortlessly and finishes very long and sweet, with sneaky tannins coming in late and folding quickly into the wine's lively dark fruit. Drinking window: 2019-2025."
