Already with a cult following this wine has almost become a fashion statement and given international fame by Reece Witherspoon instagraming to her 24 million followers that it was her "favourite wine". Produced from Pinot Noir, very lightly pressed with minimal skin contact resulting in a very pale colour – known as a 'blanc de noirs'. Sitting between a rose and white wine, this dry wine should be chilled lightly and served as an aperitif.
Winery notes (2020 Vintage)
"This unique Blanc de Noir was made from 100% Pinot noir grapes, grown on our family owned vineyard. Ripe hand picked fruit and gentle winemaking have given a wonderfully balanced wine. The elegant champagne colour resulted from minimal skin contact prior to a gentle whole bunch press. The juice was fermented in stainless steel to retain the varietal and fruit characteristics. The wine shows delightful aromas of stone fruit, pear and apple blossom with white peach, apricot and a touch of strawberry on the palate. Best served slightly chilled."

"Always a fabulous drink, this latest rendition offers bright fruit notes of ripe strawberry, nectarine and rockmelon with a lovely touch of white floral. The palate delivers excellent fruit purity and vibrancy backed by lively acidity, finishing long and mouth-watering. At its best: now to 2021."
90/100 Cameron Douglas MS, December 2019 (2019 Vintage)
"Made from 100% Pinot Noir fruit this Blanc de Noir style (as a very light onion skin hue) shows off aromas and flavours of yellow and red cherry, a whisper of strawberry and red apple. Crisp, tense, refreshing and dry on the palate with a light dusting of fruit tannins, a core of fruit reflecting the nose, contrasting acid line and balanced, even finish. Ready to enjoy from today and through Summer 2021."
5 Stars & Number 3 Cuisine Rosé Tasting, December 2018 (2018 Vintage)
"A lively style with citrus, lavender and lemon myrtle notes. Generous with tropical elements and a and very drinkable refreshing dry lemonade finish."

"There’s the merest wash of baby pink to the glassy hue of this Blanc de Noir made from pinot noir. Cherry and subtle nuances of musk float on the scent and strawberry and pepper fill the taste with a lightly viscous mouthfeel and lingering touches of salinity that make you want to have another sip. Dry to off dry in style with a succulence to the cherry-filled finish."
