"Our Valley & Valley range of wines are produced from vineyards in both the Barossa and Eden Valleys. We aim for a style that typifies the Barossa – plush fruit, subtle use of oak and soft, round tannins. This Cabernet Sauvignon offers dark fruits, licorice and cassis notes with hints of spice and cedary oak on the nose. The palate is rich with good structure and fine tannins to give length and power while finishing soft and full of flavour."

"This cabernet punches out some serious fruit intensity. Strong character of blackcurrant and ripe plum juice on the nose followed by a palate that is so  rich and dense and so Barossa. It’s a robust wine yet it is more toward medium-bodied such is the balance, poise, and palate weight. Intense driving fruit flavours with a little oak and fine tannin support a plush and mouthfilling style"
