"100% Sangiovese di Romagna aged in stainless steel. Crisp dark fruit, with hints of sweet violets. Well balanced and succulently fruity on the palate, with prominent notes of wild and sour cherry. Serve with baked pasta with mushrooms or meat sauce, recipes featuring chicken livers, and charcuterie."

"Deep ruby. A muted nose becomes livelier with aeration to offer aromas of red fruit and flowers. Then more sweet, plump fruit on the palate too, with a clean fresh mouthfeel that finishes long with a tarry element. A lovely wine made without any added sulfites."
