85% Moscatel & 15% Gewurztraminer
This wine takes its name from the emerald colour of the Mediterranean and is made from the varieties Mosacatel de Alejandría and Gewürztraminer grapes. Orange blossom and tangerine aromas and flavours mix with a hint of spice and vanilla in this juicy white, this wine is sublime with seafood cocktails, fish and pates.

"This popular label delivers again with juicy vibrancy and excellent fruit purity. The bouquet is perfumed and inviting, and displays stone fruit, rockmelon, red apple and floral characters with a hint of musky complexity. The palate offers lovely fruit weight and intensity, wonderfully supported by whispering sweetness and refreshing acidity. A fabulous blend of muscat and gewurztraminer. At its best: now to 2019."

"An old favourite, consistently good and ideal for when the sun shines. Terrifically grapey Moscatel with a dash of blowsy Gewürztraminer , fresh and delicate in alcohol. A sumptuous match for Asian dishes with coconut and spice. And three cheers for the screwcap!"
Joelle Thomson, October 2018 (2016 Vintage)
"This is an interesting Spanish blend of Moscatel and Gewürztraminer; two grapes that give the word 'aromatic' a run for its money, thanks to their intense aromas of lychees, Turkish Delight and old fashioned Nana's red roses.
