The two largest sub-regions in New Zealand – Marlborough's Wairau and Awatere Valleys sit side by side and produce the world's most distinctive Sauvignon Blanc. However in 2021 100% of the blend comes from the Wairau Valley, which provides richness and weight along with mouthwatering acidity."
