As the back label says, "The rugged landscape of Central Otago is synonymous with stunning lake vistas, golden poplars and sublime Pinot Gris". We'd have to agree. Made in a dry style (4.8gms) and given some oak ageing, this wine from grapes grown around Wanaka, has a real burst of golden autumn fruits.

5 Stars & 93/100 Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, August 2018 (2018 Vintage)
"Wonderfully fruited and immediately appealing, the bouquet shows apricot, baked pear, floral and spice characters, leading to a succulent palate that is fleshy and velvety. The wine delivers excellent fruit intensity and weight, brilliantly supported by rounded mouthfeel and refreshing acidity, finishing long and silky. At its best: now to 2021."
