"This Waipara Chardonnay was sourced from our estate vineyard in the Waipara Valley. Hand picked and gently whole bunch pressed before fermentation in new and seasoned French oak barriques. Aged on lees in Barrels for 15 months. This is a rich and textural Chardonnay balanced by ripe acidity. A true expression of Waipara Chardonnay"
