5 Stars & 94/100 Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, March 2018 (2017 Vintage)
"This is a gorgeous Alsace-like pinot gris, offering powerful aromas of baked apple, golden peach and mixed spice with a hint of marmalade on the nose. The palate is concentrated and fleshy with velvety texture and subtle sweetness backed by refreshing acidity. The wine shows wonderful richness, complexity and harmony. Style: Medium-dry."

5 Stars & 18.5/20 Raymond Chan, April 2018 (2017 Vintage)
"Full, even, light golden-yellow colour, a little paler edged. The nose is softly full and voluminous with aromas of yellow stonefruits entwined with a complex layering of nutty lees and mineral notes. The aromatics show good depth and intensity. Medium-dryish to taste and medium-full bodied, the palate has rich flavours of yellow stonefruits melded with nuances of exotic florals and honeysuckle, unveiling a layer of nutty and flinty lees and complex mineral elements. The palate has an understated unctuousness balanced by acid and alcohol cut, and the wine flows along a smooth line, leading to a sustained finish of stonefruits, honey and flint. This is a rich and flavoursome medium-dry Pinot Gris with stonefruit, floral, honied and complexing flinty notes in the Alsace style. Match with poutry and pork dishes over the next 3-4 years. Hand-picked fruit, WBP and indigenous yeast fermented, 60% in seasoned oak and 40% in stainless-steel to 13.5% alc. and 14 g/L RS, the wine undergoing batonnage."

4 ½ Stars Michael Cooper (2017 Vintage)
"Worth cellaring, this characterful wine was mostly fermented with indigenous yeasts in old oak barrels. Weighty (13.5% alc/vol) and fleshy, it has strong, ripe peach, pear and spice flavours, showing good complexity, a gentle splash of sweetness and a rich, smooth finish."
