Always in high demand, we are pleased to say the new vintage release of this highly regarded Central Otago Rosé has arrived in store. Crafted entirely from top quality Central Otago Pinot Noir grapes, Terra Sancta take the production of Rosé very seriously and it shows, the proof is in the bottle. The pedigree is well and truly intact with the 2020 release, an absolute stunner once again.
Winery notes (2020 Vintage)
"Few wines express place and vintage as purely as Terra Sancta’s Pinot Noir Rosé. The 2020 has a perfume of wild berries, a hint of sweet citrus and notes of white peach. A generous, textural palate is a highlight of the 2020 Rose, with blackforest and berry fruit flavors balanced by lovely acidity and the savory herbal notes that are the hallmark of a wild-ferment Terra Sancta Rose. The finish is extremely long with a quintessential tease of fruit sweetness at the end. A Classic."
5 Stars Michael Cooper (2020 Vintage)
"From one vintage to the next, this is one of the country's leading rosés. The 2020 vintage was partly handled in tanks, but over 60 per cent of the blend (the highest proportion yet) was fermented with indigenous yeasts in old oak barrels. Bright pink, it is fresh, vibrant and full-bodied, with unusually deep watermelon, strawberry and spice flavours, a distinct touch of complexity, and a very finely poised, dryish (5.4 grams/litre of residual sugar), long finish. Best drinking mid-2021+."
5 Stars & 93/100 Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, February 2021 (2020 Vintage)
"Delicate and restrained, the wine shows crunchy apple, nectarine, lemon zest and subtle raspberry notes on the nose, leading to a finely focused palate delivering lovely vibrancy and length. Crisp-dry and delightfully drinkable. At its best: now to 2022."

5 Stars & 95/100 Bob Campbell MW, The Real Review, December 2019 (2019 Vintage)
"Pale, pretty rosé with delicate crushed strawberry and raspberry flavours. Pure, pristine wine with an ethereal texture and gentle, mouth-watering acidity. A very attractive wine."
