Winery notes (2019 Vintage)
"Nothing looks better on a summer table than this wine. Bright, memorable and elegant this Rosé has an ethereal texture, great energy and balance. With a tease of sweetness, bright red fruit, mineral and distinctive spice, it carries long and finishes dry on the palate. Unlike many Rosés this is not a light red wine disguised in pink… this is 100% Pinot Noir Rose made with care. Seriously delicious."
Reviews for the 2018 vintage below…
5 Stars & 95/100 Bob Campbell MW, The Real Review, December 2018 (2018 Vintage)
"Delicious rosé with impressive purity, precision and power. Intense, bright, high-energy wine with strawberry, cherry, white peach and a subtle seasoning of spice. A rosé with the X-factor."
5 Stars Michael Cooper (2018 Vintage)
"From one vintage to the next, this is one of the country's leading rosés. The 2018 vintage was mostly handled in tanks, but a significant 30 per cent of the blend was fermented and aged in seasoned French oak barriques. Bright, light pink, it is fragrant, mouthfilling and smooth, with lovely depth of fresh, vibrant strawberry, watermelon and spice flavours, hints of peaches and apricots, and a finely textured, basically dry (4.2 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish."
5 Stars & 93/100 Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, October 2018 (2018 Vintage)
"This is delightfully refined and restrained wine, showing raspberry, grapefruit, Gala apple and subtle savoury characters on the nose. The palate is bright and juicy, delivering vibrant mouthfeel and crisp acidity, leading to a persistent mouth-watering finish. At its best: now to 2020."
