Winery notes (2016 vintage)
"A brilliant white-gold colour, the 2016 vintage of this Riesling offers fragrant aromas of honeysuckle, chalk and jasmine blossom. On the palate, a rich entry with flavours of Meyer lemon and mandarin is balanced by a precise mineral acidity."
4 Stars Michael Cooper (2016 Vintage)
"Grown in the home vineyard, the 2016 vintage is a lively, medium-bodied wine, with excellent vigour and depth. Light lemon/green, with fresh, citrusy, appley aromas and flavours, it's an off-dry style (7.9 grams/litre of residual sugar), with a minerally streak, good acid spine and obvious aging potential."

Number 3 & 5 Stars Cuisine Riesling Tasting, March 2017 (2015 Vintage)
"2015 was a great year for riesling in Martinborough and this is one of the region’s best. It is dry, delicately textured and lemon sorbet-infused, with lovely definition and energy. “The focus and length are remarkable,” noted John Saker."
4 Stars & 18.0-/20 Raymond Chan, February 2016 (2015 Vintage)
"Bright, light straw-yellow colour with lemon-green hues. This has a delicate and restrained nose of lime fruit, lemonade, white florals and nuances of honeysuckle. The aromatics are youthfully fresh, bound and mouthwatering. Medium-dry and light-medium bodied, the palate is elegant and tightly concentrated, and still to unfold. Flavours of white florals, limes and minerals form a fine core and line. The acidity is very fine and soft, clearly showing low pH and the wine is guided by a subtle phenolic thread, leading to a long and sustained, taut, floral-nuanced finish. This is a youthfully tight, medium-dry Riesling with very fine floral and lime fruit, minerally detail, refined textures and taut mouthfeel. It will develop greater richness and complexity over the next 5+ years. Serve as an aperitif and with Asian fare. Hand-picked fruit from the ‘Home’ vineyard cool-fermented to 12.0% alc. and 6.43 g/L RS, TA 7.3 g/L and pH 2.97. 224 dozen made."
93/100 Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, August 2016 (2015 Vintage)
"Pristine and elegant, the fabulous bouquet shows lime cordial, white nectarine, floral and lemon pith characters, leading to a delicately fruited palate that displays excellent concentration and focus, wonderfully structured by racy acidity. The wine is delightful and elegant, and promises to evolve beautifully. At its best: now to 2022."
