"Delicate elegance underpins this finely textured wine which reflects our commitment to organic winegrowing on the two sub regions that contribute to our Chardonnay. A concentrated and focussed wine with aromas of citrus blossom, white peach and nutmeg. Delicate layers of ripe citrus and preserved lemon flavours combine with lovely acidity and chalky complexity.
The 2020 season started dry and cool in Central Otago, followed by warmer temperatures throughout summer and a lovely ripening period in autumn. This resulted in smaller bunches and berries, with lovely purity and intensity of flavour. 100% whole bunch pressed. Barrel fermented with indigenous yeast and matured for 10 months in French oak puncheons and hogshead barrels. Partial malolactic fermentation."
We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.

You may also choose to 'pick up' your order from our wine shop at 188 Durham Street South, Christchurch.

Note, for orders of 1 - 2 bottles we charge an additional $3 for packaging. To ensure the safety of the bottles we use specially designed posting boxes.
