PELISSERO le NATURE VINO ROSSO BARLET 2019

This is great. A delicious blend of Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto that offers a real glimpse into the wonderful wines of the Langhe region in Northern Italy. Bright red and dark fruits meet a savoury/gamey undercurrent and it's all wrapped up in a luscious and softly tannic texture. Fantastic to drink and incredibly versatile when matching with food.

"Deep ruby-black, lighter crimson on the rim. The nose is soft and youthful; savoury elements unfold herbs alongside cherry, raspberry and cranberry. Medium-light bodied, red fruit core is juicy, accompanied by a hint of savoury herb and meat complexity, finished with a spice note. The wine is fresh and juicy, guided by a line of vibrant acidity and powdery tannin extraction added texture. This vibrant, fun, juicy Langhe blend with a red fruit core and charming details. Match with pasta and cured meat over the next 3 years. A blend of Barbera, Nebbiolo and Dolcetto, fermented and aged in stainless steel."
