"This delicious Cab Merlot sits perfectly on any table. It's velvety smooth and packed with plum and spice flavours. Aromas of blackcurrant, plum and cassis fruit notes, combined with dusty, cedar oak. The palate is medium bodied, rich dark fruit flavours, softer round palate, showing slight herbaceous characters. Ripe tannins, textural mouthfeel. Oak – 15 months French."

"Deep, dark and brooding, with inky fruit flavours. Lots of dark conserve-type fruits, some oak in the background, and despite 15% alcohol, good acidity to keep everything in balance. Surprisingly for a Clare Valley Cabernet, there is lots of depth and complexity. A very appealing style."
