Winery notes (2017 Vintage)
"Nautilus Vintage Rosé 2017 is pale salmon in colour with a fine creamy mousse. The nose shows red berry fruits notes, rose petal aromas and a hint of spice. 100% Pinot Noir gives this wine depth and weight balanced by a touch of brioche and a creamy texture from extended lees maturation. This sparkling wine is finely balanced on the palate with an elegant and harmonious finish."
5 Stars Michael Cooper (2017 Vintage)
"The vivacious 2017 vintage, made from Pinot Noir, was bottle-fermented and disgorged after lengthy maturation (typically well over two years) on its yeast lees. Pale pink, with strawberryish, spicy, yeasty flavours, it shows excellent delicacy and complexity, with a long, basically dry (7 grams/litre of residual sugar), smooth finish."

4 ½ Stars & Top 5 Cuisine Sparkling Tasting, October 2020 (NV)
"The only rosé sparkling to appear in the top wines, but this starts to impress in the glass with a vibrant, pale-salmon colour. The nose entices with strawberries and restrained dry herb and spice notes. On the palate classic toasty creaminess and supple funk provide lovely weight, texture and moreishness."
