"A lusciously refreshing wine with aromas of raspberries and watermelon combined with a dark cherry dry finish – dry style, stunning flavours.

Mondillo Rosé contains 100% Pinot Noir grapes from a defined parcel of the vineyard grown specifically for our Rosé. The single clone selected offers this wine red fruit flavours with a mid-palate lusciousness and fruit sweetness. Our Rosé fruit was de-stemmed with the juice left on the skins for 48 hours to establish the vibrant raspberry-pink colour and then gently pressed."

"The attractive, energetic 2023 vintage was made from Pinot Noir, estate-grown at Bendigo. Bright pink, it is fragrant and vibrantly fruity, with strong red berry, watermelon and strawberry flavours, slightly spicy notes, and a lingering, dry (4.1 grams/litre of residual sugar), finely poised finish. Best drinking mid-2024+."

"A vibrant dark rose hue leads to a bouquet of raspberries and dark red skinned cherries, some black currant and velvet roses. Youthful and very expressive. On the palate the story is the same with flavours of red berries and roses, some forest berries and mineral soil qualities. Acidity adds a lively textures, some super fine fruit tannins offer contrast and mouthfeel. Delicious, fresh, dry and well made. Best drinking from late 2023 through end of summer 2026."
