"Moderate garnet red. Beautiful Burgundian bouquet, fragrant and full of cherries, raspberries, herbs, spices and forest undergrowth. Medium bodies and complex with silky tannins, good fruit, a touch of anise, spicy, savoury notes, finishing in a long complex finish. Excellent drinking now and with good aging potential 10+ years. "Moderately deep ruby-red with a slight garnet tinge, lighter on the rim. This has a beautifully haunting bouquet with aromas of dried cranberry, Bing cherry and raspberry melded with dried hibiscus, herbs, sweet spice and earthy undergrowth. Medium-bodied, aromas of dried cranberry, Bing cherry and raspberry entwined with medicinal herbs, liquorice, thyme and dried hibiscus, alongside well-portioned sweet spices of cinnamon, nutmeg, dried mushroom and forest floor. The wine is elegantly well-proportioned with complex tertiary developments, upholding by lacy, integrated acidity. Refined, silky tannins lightly coated the palate, reflecting delicate spices and an alluring, lengthy finish. This Pinot Noir is refined with layers of delicate aromas and complexity on a silky, seductive palate. Match with roasted pigeon and quail with truffle stuffing over the next 5+ years. Handpicked clones UCD5, 115, 10/5, 777, and 667, barrel selection. Aged 18 months in oak, 40% new. 12.8% alc."
