Winery notes (2020 Vintage)
"Exploding out of the glass with ripe tropical notes of mango, white peach and canteloupe melon, the primary aromas are supported by touches of fresh cut strawberries and tahitian lime and hints of exotic nutmeg and toasted coconut. The palate is smooth and full flavoured. Well balanced, with a slight minerality creating a fine-textured bone dry palate, this Pinot Gris finishes in a flourish of long-lasting tropical fruit."

5 Stars & 93/100 Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, January 2020 (2019 Vintage)
"Elegant and charming, this fabulous pinot gris shows white flesh nectarine, fresh pear, lemon pith and white floral notes on the nose, followed by a flavoursome palate that's juicy and silky. Beautifully weighted and flowing to a lengthy tasty finish. At its best: now to 2022."
4 ½ Stars Michael Cooper (2018 Vintage)
"Grown in the Awatere and Wairau valleys, the light lemon/green 2018 vintage was mostly handled in tanks; 5 per cent of the blend was oak-aged. Produced in a dry style (2 grams/litre of residual sugar), it is attractively scented and full-bodied, with vibrant, youthful flavours of pears, apples and lychees, gentle spicy notes, a touch of complexity and a smooth, lingering finish. Best drinking 2020+."
89/100 Cameron Douglas MS, July 2019 (2018 Vintage)
"Vibrant bouquet with aromas of orange and pear, apples and leesy spices of ginger and beer, floral, inviting, fruity and varietal. Just dry on the palate with a core of fruit teasing the taste buds alongside a fresh acid line. Satin texture, fresh and lively fruit flavours with a floral moment adding intrigue and complexity. A balanced and well made wine ready to enjoy. Drink now and through 2022."
