"Bright youthful Ruby colour and an inviting fragrance of red and dark fruits, faint notes of sun-warmed dried wild herbs, forest floor, and sweet spice nuances are the first aromatic impressions the nose detects after a swirl of the glass.

The flavours mirror the aroma yet refine the fruit to taste memories of ripe red berries and dark cherries, so typical of a vibrant Central Otago Pinot Noir. This sensory experience is supported by the elegantly balanced structure of the wine. Fine tannins and a nice vein of gentle acidity leave a juicy mouthfeel.

This is a very appealing, delicious medium-bodied wine of excellent length. A vinous gem for now and years to come."

"It's seductively appealing on the nose showing sweet cherry, thyme, cedar and dark mushroom aromas with a lovely floral overtone. The concentrated palate displays wonderful roundness and richness, while remaining elegant and refined. Superbly framed by fine tannins, finishing impressively long and satisfying.
