The rugged terrain and extremely dry conditions of Corsica are made for the vine especially rose. The highly aromatic Corsican grape Sciaccarello is the primary variety used along with Merlot, Grenache and Cinsault. A translucent pink colour, elegant, restrained red fruit and spice aromas, lovely balance with a dry refreshing finish.

"Red cherry, fennel, watermelon, almond and some rosehip/floral perfume. It’s red fruited, a little slippery and viscous, but fresh too, a light powdery texture, pink grapefruit, and a subtle sweet/spicy finish of good length. Juicy fun. Serving it cold is not a problem."
