This is a partnership between Jacques Seysses of Domaine Dujac, Aubert de Villaine of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and a mutual friend, Michel Macaux. This 2023 rosé is mostly Cinsault, with Grenache, Syrah and Merlot for seasoning. The pale colour, vibrant strawberry fruit and refreshing finish make this perfect for a sunny afternoon, but there is hidden depth here. Subtle spice notes and a juicy mid-palate make it ideal for spiced food; its cleansing acidity and stony texture pair beautifully with salads and cold cuts.
Winery notes (2023 Vintage)
"This wine has a bouquet of strawberries and white flowers with hints of vanilla. It has the harmony and elegance that has earned world-wide appreciation of the rosés of Provence. Triennes Rosé is the perfect accompaniment to a sunny summer afternoon."
90/100 Cameron Douglas MS, November 2024 (2023 Vintage)
"A lovely lifted and fruity bouquet with aromas of flowers and strawberry, red berries and plum. Dry on the palate with flavours that mirror the bouquet support with fine fruit tannins and a backbone of acidity deliver a wine of freshness and immediately drinking qualities. Well made and ready to drink from day of purchase through end of summer 2026."
