Das Juice is the project of two friends, James Audas and Tom Sheer, who run Australian natural wine distribution business Lo-Fi together. James returned to Australia after working as Head Sommelier at the world renowned Noma restaurant.
Winery notes (2021 Vintage)
"A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and for the first time Cabernet Franc from two organic vineyards in the Vale. All grapes were hand picked and whole bunch carbonic macerated for two weeks before being pressed to tank for a slow natural ferment. Finished with a small sulphur addition prior to bottling.
A juicy light red with dark blue fruit and featherweight tannin. A modern take on the Cab Sauv blend with lightness and ease. Ideal with a chill."
We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a 12 bottle case or part there of.

You may also choose to 'pick up' your order from our wine shop at 188 Durham Street South, Christchurch.
