One of our biggest selling Chardonnays at this price point is the Bogle Chardonnay from California. It seems to be filling a gap for lovers of big, bold, buttery, spicy Chardonnay and there are quite a few of you out there! The combination of the Californian sun ripened grapes, plenty of American oak and creamy malolactic give this wine a distinctive style.

Bogle Winery is a family owned and run winery, which was established in 1968 by father and son team, Warren and Chris Bogle.

Green apple and pear aromas classically characterize this wine as Clarksburg, while honeycomb and vanilla heighten the first impression. The rich, round entry rolls into a viscous and silky mouthfeel, surrounded by Asian pears and Honeycrisp apples. The finish lingers long and soft, like the wafting aromas of grandma’s warm apple pie."
