"This wine is 100% sustainably produced and vegan friendly. This 2019 Pinot Gris is made from grapes grown in select vineyards with alluvial soils. It was fermented with select yeasts and matured on fine yeast lees. With notes of melon, peach and cardamom, it has a generous palate with soft texture, spiciness and gentle acidity on the finish."
