Winery notes (2021 Vintage)
"Aromas of sweet lemon and honeysuckle, with apple and lime notes and some minerality. Round, juicy palate with flavours of ripe limes and lemonade, sherbet and sweet apple, with some honeyed notes and a clean finish."

4 ½ Stars Michael Cooper (2020 Vintage)
"The deliciously harmonious 2020 vintage was estate-grown at Grovetown, in the lower Wairau Valley, partly hand-picked, and stop-fermented to produce a distinctly medium style (44 grams/litre of residual sugar). Light lemon/green, it is freshly scented and light-bodied, with ripe, citrusy, peachy flavours, showing excellent delicacy and vigour, gentle sweetness, lively acidity and loads of current-drinking appeal."
Rated Excellent to Outstanding, Mark Henderson, ODT, April 2022 (2020 Vintage)
"Florality, white flowers, apple, honey, citrus zest. Quite fat in the mouth with a marvellous sweetness-vs-acidity yin and yang thing going on. Grapefruit, apple, honey, lemon, hard candy, the flavours dancing on the palate. Vibrancy and life to this, great flavour depth and a long, racy, honey-flecked close. Becomes more rounded with aeration."
