"A very pretty, pure and delicate style of Rosé made out of 100% Pinot Noir that will transport you to where it’s always summer. The nose is fresh and elegantly presented with fragrant aromas of strawberries and cream, cranberries and notes of pomegranate, along with lifted florals, unfolding suggestions of confectionary. This has delicacy, finesse and subtle concentration. Dryish to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has bright and vibrant aromatic flavours of strawberries and cream, cranberries, pomegranate and fragrant florals, forming an elegantly concentrated, refined core and line. The fruit sweetness is balanced by crisp, refreshing acidity and fine, thirst-quenching phenolic textures. The fruit core has excellent linearity, and carries to a long, lingering finish of florals, strawberries and confectionary nuances. This is an aromatic-fruited, refreshing, dryish rosé with very fine textures."

Clones 777, 5 and Abel picked and pressed directly for the rosé style, given 3 hours skin contact and cool-fermented in stainless-steel to 12.6% alc. and 6.0 g/L RS, the wine aged 3 months on lees."
