"Poached pears and yellow stone fruits are soft on the bouquet but bright apple acidity is upfront in the palate with hints of dried apricot and lemon peel ebbing to a dry flinty slightly saline finish where subtle gooseberry, herbaceous, sauvignon-like pungency lingers. A crisp dry white wine to go with fish."
