Gold Medal - Sydney Top 100 2018
Eradus have a fantastic track record with their Sauvignon Blanc picking up a plethora of gold medals, 5 star ratings and a trophy or two over the years. The 2017 received a Gold (judged with food) at the Sydney International Wine Competition 2018.
5 Stars & 93/100 Sam Kim, Wine Orbit (2017 Vintage)
A fabulous Awatere Valley rendition, the intensely fragrant bouquet shows passionfruit, apple, nectarine and feijoa characters with a touch of lime zest. It is juicy and powerfully expressed on the palate, displaying excellent fruit purity and vibrancy, backed by fine texture and crisp acidity. At its best: now to 2019.
Sydney Top 100 2018 (2017 Vintage)
"Green herbal notes on the nose following through to the palate. Good length, hints of citrus, cut grass and stalkiness on the finish. Balanced acid nice texture and lovely length on the finish. A good match with the cauliflower (Whole Roasted Cauliflower with Cashew puree, Buckwheat and Dukkahas) the wine is more rounded and complete." Brent Marris Judge.
