"Fruit sourced from the Barossa Valley. Deep red brick with purple hues our 3 Bridges Shiraz encompasses aromas of cherry, mocha and smoky oak with subtle hints of licorice and eucalyptus. Abundant in flavour, this rich, warm palate is packed with ripe berry and spicy fruit characters. A deep, long flavour with structure and plenty of grippy tannins."

"Full, impenetrable, purple-hued black-red colour, a little lighter edged. Softly full on the nose with good density, the fruit aromas of ripe blackberries and dark raspberries are a little restrained. Notes of boysenberries, black earth and minerals and sweet oak vanilla and cedary elements unfold with aeration. Full-bodied, the palate is ripe and sweet with luscious and vibrant fruit flavours of blackberries, dark raspberries, spices and liquorice, and cedary oak. The fruit expression is restrained and the palate brooding. The fruit is balanced by fine-grained tannin extraction lending background structure, and the underlying, soft acidity provides liveliness. The wine flows with energy to a long, lingering finish. This is a sweetly ripe and vibrantly rich-fruited Shiraz with flavours of blackberries, raspberries, liquorice and minerals, supported by fine extraction. It will develop over the next 7-9 years. Serve with lamb, beef and venison. Fruit from the Barossa Valley fermentation finished in oak to 14.5% alc., the wine aged 18 months in 100% new French and American oak barriques and hogsheads."
